Terms:
- Jump Weight : 45 to 110 kg.
- Minimum age : 16 years old. This is NOT an activity for children.
- Height : 145 to 210 cm
All participants must be in normal health and have no illness, injury or condition that could affect safety when bungee jumping (pregnant women, epileptics, drunks etc. are not allowed to participate).
You must show up at the specified time to be guaranteed to jump. Allow plenty of time if you are driving long distances, in summer the traffic is often slower than Google Maps suggests. At Gorsabrua, it takes a further 25-30 minutes to walk to the bridge from the car park (toll road).
If a date is cancelled due to too few registrations, you can either choose a later date or receive a full refund. Further information will be provided when the registration deadline has expired. NB! You must NOT travel to the bridge BEFORE the event is confirmed by e-mail or SMS.
Enrollment is binding; the number of available places is limited and therefore no refund will be given if you do not turn up, nor if you turn up at the bridge and choose not to participate. Refunds will not be given if you are registered and do not meet the above conditions.
You may cancel your booking up to 72 hours before the event: we will refund the payment minus NOK 100 in administration costs and for card fees to the payment intermediary (+ NOK 30 per extra participant). If you cancel a booking that has been made with a gift card, NOK 100 will be deducted from the value on the card. The duration of the gift certificate is not extended.
We use three different elastic bands so that the experience will be optimal for everyone, regardless of weight; we do, for example, 7 jumps in one weight class before we change the elastic and in some cases there may therefore be a bit of a wait even if you have been assigned a time to attend.
We videotape all of our guests from the time they climb onto the platform and until the bungee jump is completed. This is both for logging, but also so that you, as a guest, can buy your own personal jumping video in our online shop (Menu > Products > Bungee Videos). The files are organized by date on a password-protected website: only those who participated on the same day have access. When you buy your movie, it is no longer visible in the catalogue.
Privacy Policy
Processing of personal data is necessary for us to fulfill our contractual obligations and serve you as a customer. Personal data can also be used for the following purposes: Sales, contact with customer service, marketing, information, bookkeeping.
When marketing on email / sms, explicit consent is obtained in advance.

Information obtained
Information can be registered and stored when you register at www.bungee.no, when you are in contact with sales and support either via e-mail or when you use our services.
Where do we store information about you - and where do we share your information with others?
Our e-commerce platform is operated on server provided by NordkappNett AS and data is physically stored on their server.
Subcontractors
The treatment manager also makes use of services provided by the 3rd Party. Here is an overview of subcontractors where information can be stored:
Stripe
When paying with Stripe in the online store, personal information such as card numbers will be shared with Stripe for processing the payment.
IZettle
When paying with iZettle our physical checkout solution, personal information such as card numbers will be shared with iZettle for processing the payment.
Vipps
If you pay with Vipps in our physical checkout solution, your telephone number will be sent to Vipps for further identification.
Hikashop
We use Hikashop for videos, gift cards etc. Information related to your order is stored in Hikashop.
Bring
We send packages with Bring and thus share information related to shipping such as name, phone number and address.
AcyMailing
AcyMailing is used for email marketing or mailing of newsletters. Names and emails can be shared with AcyMailing.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics is used for traffic analysis. IP addresses and visitor patterns are stored.
Visma eAccounting
Visma eAccounting is our accounting system and data required for bookkeeping is stored here. Typical Name / Address / Orders / Invoice.
Communication through email and sms
As a customer you will be able to receive e-mail and text messages about your customer relationship. For example, we will send you email / sms related to events you have entered, SMS with tracking number, forgotten password, information about your customer account, etc. This is defined as justified interest and it will not be requested for consent.
We also use e-mail for marketing and communication. As a customer of Strikkhopp & Sånt as, you will periodically receive newsletters as long as you have given an active consent to it. It is possible to unsubscribe by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails.
Transparency and correction
You are entitled to request the information that is registered about you by sending an inquiry to epost [at] bungee.no. If the registered information is not correct or incomplete, you may require that the information be corrected in accordance with the Personal Data Act.
Storage and deletion
Personal data relating to invoices and payments are retained for at least 5 years, as required by Norwegian accounting legislation.
